School Movie

Every year Northwest Christian produces a cinema quality short film showcasing the many talents of the incredible students both in front and behind the camera. This is an amazing opportunity for the students of Northwest Christian to receive real filmmaking experience, work as a team, and be involved in something extraordinary that no other school is doing. To celebrate our students hard work, NCS historically rents out multiple theaters at Harkins at Norterra and NCS students, staff, families, and community members watch the premiere showing of the film - red carpet event and all!

The Next shot tells the story of poor performing boy’s basketball team and the challenges they face when their coach quits shortly into their season. The players will be tested as a new coach attempts to change the boys’ thinking of the game and what it means to overcome obstacles both on and off the court.
